Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
  2. Use basic white setting. Medium crust.
  3. Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
