Ingredients

  • 10 large potatoes
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons mustard
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes.
  2. Cook the potatoes until they are soft but not too soft, then drain the water.
  3. Pour one stick of melted butter over the cooked potatoes.
  4. Add 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of mustard and stir until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
