Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing
  • 1/2 to 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
  3. Add salad dressing to the flour mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Gradually add milk, starting with 1/2 cup, until the dough is soft but not sticky.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Pat the dough into a 1-inch thick layer.
  7. Cut out biscuits using a round cutter or glass.
  8. Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
