Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large can Hormel chili with beans
  • 2 small cans chopped green chilies
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese, Hormel chili with beans, chopped green chilies, chopped black olives, and chopped green onions in an 8-inch square microwave-safe pan.
  2. Microwave on High for 8 minutes, stirring frequently until the mixture is hot and well combined.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese before serving if desired.
