- Drain excess fat and place the ground beef between layers of paper towels to absorb moisture.
- Chop the tomatoes and place them between layers of paper towels to remove excess liquid.
- Layer the ingredients in a 9 x 12-inch pan in the following order: refried beans, ground beef, chunky salsa, chopped tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced olives.
- Optional: top with sliced green onions for added color and flavor.
