Creamy, cheesy nachos dip layered with seasoned ground beef, fresh tomatoes, olives, and guacamole, perfect for parties and gatherings with bold flavors and satisfying textures.

Ingredients

  • sour cream
  • tomato
  • olives
  • cheddar cheese
  • beans
  • ground beef
  • guacamole
  • chunky salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat and place the ground beef between layers of paper towels to absorb moisture.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and place them between layers of paper towels to remove excess liquid.
  4. Layer the ingredients in a 9 x 12-inch pan in the following order: refried beans, ground beef, chunky salsa, chopped tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced olives.
  5. Optional: top with sliced green onions for added color and flavor.
