Ingredients

  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 1 tray mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bag cocktail shrimp
  • 3 chicken breasts, fried and cut in pieces
  • 1/4 bag cole slaw
  • 6 servings cooked rice
  • ground fresh chili pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fry chopped leek, sliced mushrooms, and chopped onion in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add fried chicken pieces, cocktail shrimp, and chili paste; fry again for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add cole slaw at the last minute and stir well.
  4. Fry the cooked rice in vegetable oil and soy sauce for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine the rice with the vegetable and seafood mixture and heat thoroughly, stirring continuously.
  6. Add soy sauce to taste.
  7. Prepare side dish: fry an egg with a slice of ham.
