Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup carob powder
  • 1/4 cup mashed bananas
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • cinnamon
  • walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix together peanut butter, carob powder, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about one teaspoon each.
  3. Roll each ball in cinnamon.
  4. Press a walnut half into the center of each candy.
