Crunchy, wholesome crackers made with whole wheat or oat flour and pecan meal, subtly sweetened with honey, perfect for healthy snacking or with cheese and dips.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat or oat flour
  • 1/4 cup pecan meal
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/4 cup distilled water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  2. Mix with a fork and knead until well combined.
  3. Roll the dough onto a sprayed Pam cookie sheet to approximately 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Score the dough and prick with a fork.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown and crispy.
