Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oil (Crisco)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 box lemon supreme cake mix (Duncan Hines)
  • 1 large can apricot nectar
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oil, sugar, eggs, lemon cake mix, and apricot nectar until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan.
  4. Bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool before removing from the pan.
  6. If desired, make a glaze to frost the cake.
