Ingredients

  • 20 Green Chilies
  • 2 Tablespoons Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Remove stems of green chilies. Wash chilies and wipe clean with a kitchen towel. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel ginger, wash well, and julienne.
  3. In a glass bowl, add chopped chilies, ginger, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well. Store in a glass bottle in the fridge.
