- Remove stems of green chilies. Wash chilies and wipe clean with a kitchen towel. Cut into small pieces.
- Peel ginger, wash well, and julienne.
- In a glass bowl, add chopped chilies, ginger, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well. Store in a glass bottle in the fridge.
