Ingredients

  • 1 medium stalk celery
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • pinch of black pepper
  • imitation crab meat
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp milk
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Dice the crab meat and place it in a salad bowl.
  2. Dice the celery stalk.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, milk, salt, and black pepper to make the sauce.
  4. Blend the ingredients to create a smooth sauce.
  5. Mix the sauce with the crab meat, celery, and mushrooms.
  6. Chill the salad before serving.
