- Scale and clean the fish; dry well.
- Cut the fish into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
- Place the fish pieces skin side down in pint jars.
- In each jar, add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon catsup, 1 tablespoon Wesson oil, and 1 teaspoon canning salt.
- Seal the jars and process in a pressure canner for 90 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
