Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with a fork until it forms a very stiff dough.
  2. Roll out on a floured board until very thin.
  3. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut as you desire.
  5. Spread out and let dry for 2 hours.
  6. Cook as you would any noodles.
