Ingredients

  • 1 c. Cream of Wheat
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients gently.
  2. Bake in greased pan at 425° until brown and crusty on top.
