New Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. minced onions
  • 3 bacon strips, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together first seven ingredients until creamy. Form into 1-inch balls.
  2. Roll in cheese.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
