Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet and drain.
  2. Spread the cooked ground beef in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  3. Mix together the two cans of creamed corn and spread over the beef layer.
  4. Top with mashed potatoes.
  5. Beat the eggs and pour over the mashed potatoes.
  6. Spread the eggs evenly over the entire top layer.
  7. Bake for one hour at 350°F (175°C).
