Nippy Pork Chops

Instructions
- Spread pork chops with a thin coating of mustard.
- Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bag.
- Shake chops in the bag to coat with flour, then brown in oil in a heavy skillet.
- Place chops in baking dish.
- Cover with soup.
- Cover.
- Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 60 minutes.
- Place chops on a platter.
- Spoon rice on each chop.
- Add 1 cup of water to liquid; bring to a boil. Thicken it.
- Serve as gravy over mashed potatoes.
