Ingredients

  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1/2 pt. water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, whipping cream, water, lemon juice, and vanilla together until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a dish or into a graham cracker crumb shell.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
