No Bake Fruit Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruit bits
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. brandy
  • 1/4 c. softened butter or oleo
  • 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. corn syrup
  • confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl and let stand 1 hour. In medium bowl, beat butter and corn syrup until well blended. Gradually beat in crumbs; add fruit mixture and mix well.
  2. Shape in 3/4 inch balls, wetting hands if mixture becomes dry.
  3. Roll balls in sugar.
  4. Store in airtight container up to 1 month.
  5. Allow at least a week for flavors to mellow.
