Ingredients

  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • coconut

Instructions

  1. Grind raisins and mixed nuts.
  2. Stir in honey.
  3. Press the mixture onto a sheet pan to form a 1/2-inch thick layer.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  5. Cut into bars.
  6. Roll each bar in white or colored coconut.
