Ingredients

  • 2 oz. dry rotini or elbow macaroni per serving
  • tomato
  • green pepper or red or yellow pepper
  • onion
  • cucumber
  • radishes
  • carrots, shredded
  • celery

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta (rotini or elbow macaroni) in boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water if serving cold.
  2. Chop or prepare vegetables such as tomato, green pepper, onion, cucumber, radishes, carrots, and celery according to personal taste.
  3. Mix the cooked pasta with the prepared vegetables in a large bowl.
  4. Add your choice of seasonings or dressings as desired, and toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use, serving hot or cold.
