- Brown and drain the hamburger, then mix with the Ragu sauce.
- Spread half of the meat sauce mixture in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Arrange lasagna noodles over the sauce to cover without overlapping.
- Spread cottage cheese over the noodles, then sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese as desired.
- Add another layer of noodles over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining meat sauce, then sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese and at least 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F, then let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
