No Bake Noodle Lasagna combines savory meat sauce, creamy cheeses, and tender noodles for a hearty, easy-to-make casserole perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar chunky Ragu
  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small carton cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the hamburger, then mix with the Ragu sauce.
  2. Spread half of the meat sauce mixture in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Arrange lasagna noodles over the sauce to cover without overlapping.
  4. Spread cottage cheese over the noodles, then sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese as desired.
  5. Add another layer of noodles over the cheese.
  6. Top with the remaining meat sauce, then sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese and at least 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F, then let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
