Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 3/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Thaw the orange juice concentrate without diluting it.
  2. Crush vanilla wafers into crumbs using a rolling pin in a plastic bag.
  3. Mix the wafer crumbs, grated coconut, and 3/4 cup confectioners sugar in a bowl.
  4. Stir the thawed orange juice into the mixture until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  6. Roll the balls in the remaining grated coconut and confectioners sugar to coat.
