Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 36 graham crackers
  • 12 oz. can Milnot
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemon Jell-O by mixing the package with boiling water and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine melted margarine with crushed graham crackers and stir until thoroughly mixed. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the Milnot with 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff.
  4. Cream together the light cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar until smooth.
  5. Mix the cooled Jell-O into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add the Jell-O mixture to the whipped Milnot and fold in pineapple.
  7. Press the graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust and sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs over the top.
  9. Chill the dessert until set before serving.
