- Cream together the light cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar until smooth.
- Mix the cooled Jell-O into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the Jell-O mixture to the whipped Milnot and fold in pineapple.
- Press the graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Pour the filling over the crust and sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs over the top.
