Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 crushed soda crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before serving. This can be prepared ahead and refrigerated, then baked for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
  4. Double the recipe for a 9 x 13-inch pan.
