No Knead Bread Rolls

Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar to the yeast mixture.
- Scald and cool 1/2 cup of milk.
- Add 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon salt to the cooled milk.
- Add the milk mixture to the yeast.
- Add 2 cups of flour and beat well.
- Add 1 egg, 3 tablespoons melted butter, and 1 cup of flour; mix thoroughly.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into rolls.
- Let the rolls rise again.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
