Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the beef roast in a shallow roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the roast in the oven at 375°F for 1 hour.
  4. Turn off the oven and leave the beef roast inside without opening the oven door for 3 hours.
  5. After 3 hours, remove the roast and let it rest before slicing.
