Ingredients

  • 1 c. dry mustard
  • 1 c. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 gal. cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix dry mustard, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture over washed pickling cucumbers in jars.
  3. Pour in the cider vinegar to cover the cucumbers.
  4. Seal the jars and store in a cool, dark place.
  5. Open and enjoy after 3 weeks.
