Ingredients

  • 4 (3 oz.) boxes sugar-free jello
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup bananas
  • 1 (10 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Equal

Instructions

  1. Mix the first five ingredients (sugar-free jello, boiling water, bananas, crushed pineapple, frozen strawberries) together.
  2. Pour two-thirds of the mixture into a bowl and let it set until cold.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, Equal, and vanilla.
  4. Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the set jello layer.
  5. Pour the remaining jello mixture on top of the sour cream layer and let it set.
