Ingredients

  • 2 large cabbages
  • 8 onions
  • 6 red peppers or 3 green and 3 red
  • 1 small hot pepper or cayenne pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 4 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 3 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Chop all ingredients, except pepper.
  2. Soak in salt overnight (soak separately).
