Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. applesauce (heaping)
  • 2 large bananas, finely mashed
  • 4 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Prepare 9 x 5-inch with Pam.
  3. Combine ingredients and blend at medium speed with mixer.
  4. Pour into loaf pan and bake one hour until center is done.
