Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained well
  • 1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 2 medium egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. shredded nonfat Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
