Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Dutch style noodles
  • 1 1/2 sticks sweet margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine the first seven ingredients: cooked noodles, melted margarine, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, sugar, and cream cheese.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cornflake crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon to make the topping.
  4. Sprinkle the topping over the noodle mixture if desired.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes until set and golden.
