Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 lb. bag noodles
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • bread crumbs
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the shredded cabbage and diced onion together until the cabbage is almost done.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. Mix the cooked noodles with the cabbage, onion, and sour cream.
  4. Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture and combine well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
