Ingredients

  • 1 lb. wide noodles
  • 1 lb. cubed pork
  • 32 oz. bottle ketchup
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the wide noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the cubed pork until browned and cooked through, then drain.
  3. In a large saucepan, pour in the ketchup.
  4. Fill the ketchup bottle with water and pour it into the saucepan.
  5. Add sugar to the saucepan, stir well, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pork to the sauce during the last 5 minutes of simmering.
  7. Stir in the cooked noodles and mix well.
  8. Serve the noodles with pork and sauce hot.
