Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. ground oatmeal
  • 2 c. ground raisins
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1 tsp. soda (dissolved in hot water)
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Roll into balls and place 2-inches apart on baking sheet.
  3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 350° oven.
