Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 to 2 tsp. maple extract
  • 1/2 lb. walnuts, chopped
  • powdered sugar (dust top before serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°; mix all ingredients together except nuts.
  2. After mixing well, add 1/2 pound walnuts, chopped.
  3. Grease baking dish (round loaf) and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
