Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 egg (white only)
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar, syrup and water to 242°.
  2. Have white of egg beaten stiff and pour syrup over it.
  3. Beat until creamy.
  4. Add nuts and place teaspoons at a time on oiled paper.
