Ingredients

  • 1 quart home canned peaches
  • 1 banana
  • 3 lemons
  • 1 lemon (for rind)
  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • water

Instructions

  1. Mix peaches and banana in a blender.
  2. Finely grate the rind from one lemon and juice three lemons.
  3. Combine peaches, banana, lemon rind, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice in a large container.
  4. Add water to make 2 gallons of the mixture.
  5. Sweeten to taste with sugar.
  6. Serve chilled.
