Ingredients

  • 1 large box strawberry gelatin
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 2 cans cranberry sauce
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 small pkg. whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the strawberry gelatin and boiling water; chill until beginning to set.
  2. Whip the cranberry sauce to loosen it; fold in lemon juice into the thickened gelatin.
  3. Set aside until ready to serve.
