Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except strawberries in a blender.
  2. Cover and run on high until mixed well.
  3. Add strawberries and run on high for just 20 seconds.
  4. Serve immediately.
