Poppyseed Bread

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the orange glaze in a large bowl and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of an electric mixer.
- Pour the batter into two greased and floured 8-inch by 4-inch by 3-inch loaf pans.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool for 5 minutes, then pour the orange glaze over it.
- Cool for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from pans and place on a rack to cool completely.
