Instructions
- Saute rice and onions in butter until golden.
- Stir in broth and salt.
- Bring to a boil; stir once.
- Cover and simmer for 45 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
- Add nuts; toss lightly.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
