Nutty Chocolate Cups
Nutty Chocolate Cups combine creamy marshmallow and whipped cream fillings with crunchy cookie crumbs, topped with rich milk chocolate and cashews, perfect for a decadent treat or special occasion.

- In a small bowl, combine chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter; mix well.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the crumb mixture into each of 12 foil-lined muffin cups; press firmly to form the base.
- Set aside the remaining cookie crumbs for topping.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine half and half, 1 2/3 cups of marshmallows, and milk chocolate chips.
- Stir until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and cool completely.
- Fold in whipped cream, remaining 1/3 cup of marshmallows, and cashews.
- Pour 1/3 cup of the chocolate mixture into each prepared muffin cup on top of the cookie crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs over the filled cups.
- Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
