Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb candied pineapple
  • 3/4 lb candied cherries
  • 4 cups chopped pecans
  • 4 cans Angel Flake coconut
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 lb chopped dates

Instructions

  1. Chop all fruit and nuts; dredge in coconut.
  2. Mix with sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Line a tube or loaf pan with waxed paper.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from pan and peel paper off while hot.
