Nutty Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 12 c. popped corn
  • 1 c. whole almonds
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1/2 c. butter/margarine
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine popped corn, almonds and pecans in a large bowl, then set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, add brown sugar.
  3. Cook about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour sugar mixture over popcorn mixture.
  5. Stir until evenly coated.
  6. Spread mixture in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
  7. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
  8. Yield: 14 cups.
