Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat bran hot cereal
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Splenda no calorie sweetener

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick griddle or frying pan over medium to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oat bran hot cereal, all-purpose flour, Splenda sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add buttermilk and egg substitute to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
