Ingredients

  • 3 c. cold water
  • 3 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 c. nutmeal
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix water, oats, whole wheat flour, nutmeal, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Chill the mixture for at least 5 hours.
  3. Whip the mixture a few times with a spoon.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Flatten each spoonful with the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 45 minutes, until light brown.
  7. Serve hot.
