Instructions
- Mix buttermilk and rolled oats in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, stirring once or twice.
- Sift dry ingredients together and set aside.
- Add buttermilk mixture to well beaten eggs and blend thoroughly.
- Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add liquid all at one time.
- Stir only until blended.
