Oatmeal Honey Bread

- bowl,
- combine

- oats, butter, boiling
- water, honey and salt.
- Cool to warm.
- Stir in yeast. Add eggs and 2 1/2 cups flour. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir in enough flour to
- make dough
- easy
- to
- handle.
- Turn
- dough out on lightly floured surface.
- Knead
- until
- smooth
- and elastic, about 10 minutes. Add
- more
- flour
- as
- needed
- until
- dough no longer sticks. Place
- in greased bowl.
- Turn greased side up.
- Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size, about 1 hour.
